This policy explains what Breast Augmentation Las Vegas collects, why, and who sees it. Breast Augmentation Las Vegas is operated by an independent referral service. It is not a medical provider, clinic or med spa, and it is not a health care provider covered by medical privacy rules. You can reach it through the contact page. Last updated October 31, 2026.
Free to ask
- No obligation: you decide after you talk.
- A provider in Las Vegas replies.
Breast Augmentation Las Vegas is a free referral service, not a clinic. A request sent from this page goes to an independent plastic surgery office in the Las Vegas Valley, which is responsible for its own care and prices.
What the request forms collect
The forms ask for your name and email, and optionally your phone number, your ZIP code or area, the procedure you are interested in, whether you live locally or would travel, when you are thinking of it, and a short message. The forms do not ask for, and you should not send, medical history, medicines, health conditions, photographs, your date of birth, ID or insurance numbers, or payment details.
Your consent
Every form has a consent box that is never ticked in advance, and a form cannot be sent without it. By ticking it you agree that Breast Augmentation Las Vegas may collect your request and share it with one or more independent providers in your area so they can contact you by email or phone about it. A record of the request and of your consent, with the date and time, is kept to show what you agreed to.
Who your request is shared with
Your request is shared only with independent providers in the Las Vegas Valley who can answer it, and with the service companies that host this site and deliver its email, which handle it only to do that work. Once a provider receives your request, that provider’s own privacy practices apply to what it does with it. Breast Augmentation Las Vegas does not sell your details and does not share them for any purpose other than answering your request.
Nevada consumer health data
Nevada law (Senate Bill 370 of 2023, in effect since March 31, 2024) protects consumer health data: information that identifies you and relates to your health. The procedure you choose on a form and anything you write in the message box may count as consumer health data. This section is the consumer health data privacy policy for this site.
- What is collected: the procedure you select, your timing, whether you would travel, and anything health-related you choose to write, together with your contact details.
- Where it comes from: only from you, through the form.
- Why: only to pass your request to independent providers who can answer it.
- Consent: it is collected and shared only after you tick the consent box. Without consent, the form is not sent.
- Sharing: with independent providers in the Las Vegas Valley who can answer your request, and with the hosting and email services that carry it.
- Sale: your consumer health data is not sold.
- Your choices: you can withdraw consent, ask what data is held about you, ask which providers received it, and ask for it to be deleted.
To use any of these choices, send the contact form and say what you would like done. If a provider has already received your request, contact that provider directly as well.
Cookies and site statistics
The site may use basic cookies and visit statistics to keep pages working and to count visits. These do not include the contents of your request. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works.
How long details are kept
Requests and consent records are kept only as long as needed to pass them on and to show that consent was given, and then deleted.
Children
This site is meant for adults. It does not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
